I just wanted to thank you for your recent efforts in selling my Devoran Street property. I first contacted your realty via the email facility on realestate.com.au and from that initial response from you, was impressed by your service.

I have appreciated your honesty, your willingness to give time to facilitating the sale and your ability to build rapport with myself as a client, as well as with potential purchasers of my property.

I was also particularly impressed that you followed through on all the commitments you made in an accurate and timely fashion. This is particularly important to me, and each time you agreed to do something, it was done thoroughly and exactly how we agreed. The brief time from when I first contracted to sell through your realty to when I saw the listing in your window and on the internet was very impressive.

To be honest, Peter Campbell Realty was not my first choice when listing my property as I had enjoyed a good relationship with another local realtor, but I chose you because you were managing the property I initially contracted to purchase, and I never regretted my decision to allow you to handle my property sale. I also thank you for assisting me to source a property to purchase. Should I ever choose to sell again (God forbid!), I am more than happy to ask you to act on my behalf again.
