7. We use proper telephone etiquette. We always try to answer within three rings and with a smile in our voice. If necessary, we always ask if we may place customers on hold, and we eliminate call transfers whenever possible.

8. We are knowledgeable about our agency and if we don’t know, will organize a referral or research.

9. We never say “no”. We say, “I will be pleased to check and see”. We will use the long-term expertise of our founder, to analyse and suggest alternatives.
