Generally speaking, modern man nearly always follows the tracks made by others and tries to imitate those who have been outstanding.

Nothing is truer than local real estate agencies. Follow they will, but surpass our agency they won’t, because they don’t live and breathe the district and its community.

The new buzzword is IT, or InfoTech, hosting a new generation of computer wise pioneers who have a child-like faith in the power of the computer and it’s technology that the brave new world can deliver; even when the computers that control an international space station life support systems, fail.

I spoke to a lady recently, who was concerned that her ‘teen’ has hardly left his room all the holidays.

I’m confident that from these ranks will rise a new daring and brave generation with wide knowledge and special spirit of challenge, who will become the 21st Century pioneers like those of NASA, who have inspired the space race.

It is most unfortunate that, in the main, the communication expertise of the younger,does not extend to parents and older generations.

However, from Kindy they have been encouraged to develop self esteem confidence and potential. From there ranks will rise the leaders of tomorrow, where expertise will make space life beyond 15days at a time, a reality.
By 2012, tourists will be able to enjoy a 90minute suborbital flight at an altitude of more than 100km.
The aim is to take 15,000 passengers per year by 2020 at a mere cost of $1/2 million per flight.
A virgin galactic spacecraft should be ready in 2009 to shoot tourists into orbit at a cheaker $1/4 per ticket.
