"Hi, my name is Matt McCracken. I am a C5C6 Quadriplegic and I am developing a network of people with physical disabilities.

As we all know when we first come out of hospital they say "everything is out there for you". However the reality is this is not always the fact. It can take so long for each of us individually to fidn out where the resources are and things we want in our life.

The Caboolture Physical Disabilities Network is an opportunity to come together, to share the knowledge and information we have each acquired through years of experience, and support each other to gain greater access to the community and its resources."
